Nick Weisheipl

Nick Weisheipl has been a college coach.

After finishing his college playing career, Weisheipl came to Germany with the 2003 Regensburg Legionäre. He hit .308/.556/.385 with 34 walks and 35 runs in 26 games. He went 1-0 with four saves and a 1.26 ERA as a hurler. He stole 13 bases in 15 tries, but fielded only .870 as a SS-P. He led the southern Bundesliga-1 in runs, walks, OBP (.023 ahead of Jens Heymer), tied for sixth in steals and tied for second in saves.

Weisheipl coached for Clarke College from 2004-2006, the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2007 and Notre Dame College in 2008. He became head coach of Notre Dame College for the 2009 season. He moved to Villanova University as pitching coach in 2012-2013. Weisheipl was an assistant at West Chester University in 2014-2015, then was named as the first coach of the baseball team at Cabrini College, to begin play in 2017.
