Biographical Information

Murphy Sorovakatini is the son of Tavo Sorovakatini and brother of Marnoah Sorovakatini. He appears to have been the primary catcher for the Fijian national team in the 2022 Pacific Mini-Games (appears, because some of the box scores only list M. Sorovakatini, making it unclear if it is Murphy or Marnoah), forming a brother battery with Marnoah, the first such battery in Fiji team history. Their father was also a teammate. Statistics are incomplete for one of Fiji's games and unclear from some of the others as it is not clear which M. Sorovakatini is which in some of the games.
