Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Moe Ogier pitched in the minors from 1965 through 1971.
Ogier was on the Opening Day roster for the Minnesota Twins in 1968. He did not get into a game and was optioned to the Twins' farm team, the Charlotte Hornets in late April to make room for Jim Kaat, who was coming off the disabled list. Ogier had an ailing shoulder, which may have been the reason he did not get into a game. The California Angels took him in the 1968 Rule V Draft but he again did not make the majors.
