Mitch Hill has been a college coach.
A pitcher as a student, he was a graduate assistant at his alma mater from 2008-2010, then was an assistant at Bevill State Community College in 2011, Motlow State Community College in 2012 and Alabama A&M University in 2013. He became Alabama A&M's head coach for 2014. He moved to Martin Methodist College as head coach in 2019.
