Biographical Information[edit]

Mike Keehn is a college coach.

Keehn was picked by the Texas Rangers in the 46th round of the 1983 amateur draft. He played for the '83 Tri-City Triplets, hitting .161/.272/.204 in 42 games. He was the team's most-used second baseman and fielded .907 there. Mike then went into coaching.

He was an assistant coach at Kansas City Community College from 1985-1988. He then was an assistant coach at the University of North Alabama from 1988-2007. He earned a master's degree in education while coaching there. In November 2008, he was promoted to head coach.
