The Tri-Cities Triplets represented Pasco, WA, Kennewick, WA and Richland, WA in the 1973 Northwest League. The former Tri-City Padres went 42-38 as a co-op team that year under managers Mike Cloutier and Jerry Pomeroy. Bill Tallman (7-6, 1 Sv, 2.59) was fifth in the league in ERA and Jim Emery (9-5, 2.85) was 8th. The team had two All-Stars, 2B Ed Cervantes (.315/~.407/.398, 6th in the NWL in average) and OF Kent Froede (.329/~.411/.415, 32 SB in 38 tries, 4th in the league in average). The next year they were replaced by the Tri-City Ports.
They were often listed as Tri-Cities for the 1973 season. The Tri-Cities Triplets of 1983 and 1984 also used the Tri-City denomination.
