Biographical Information

Mike Bishop made three starts behind the plate for the 1983 New York Mets, doubling against Lee Tunnell for his only big league hit. While a California Angels farmhand, he led the 1980 Texas League with 33 home runs and 104 RBI. He died in 2005 at the age of 46.
