Biographical Information[edit]
Miguel Salud has been on the Philippines national team.
Salud set a California Lutheran single-season record with 33 appearances in 2017, going 3-2 with a 3.40 ERA. He set the team record with 14 saves, leading all NCAA Division III players, and was named MVP of the 2017 Division III College World Series (3 Sv, 1.23). [1] He represented the Philippines in the 2019 Southeast Asian Games, helping them win Gold. [2] He next appeared in the 2019 Asian Championship. Salud struck out all three batters he faced in his debut against Pakistan, and he fanned 2 in 2 1/3 shutout innings versus China (saving Romeo Jasmin Jr.'s win with hitless work).[3]
