Biographical Information

Relief pitcher Michael Holback began his professional career in 2013.

He was taken by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 25th round of the 2013 amateur draft. With the Johnson City Cardinals that year, he was 2-0 with a 2.18 ERA in 33 innings, striking out 44 batters. In 2014, he was 0-1 with a 4.15 ERA in three starts for the Peoria Chiefs. He began 2015 with the independent Rockford Aviators.
