Micah Wells was a college coach. He was a catcher at UMHB, then was assistant coach from 1998-2000 and head coach from 2001-2010. He was 170-180-1 as head coach. In 2008, he was named the American Southwest Conference West Division Co-Coach of the Year. He stepped down as head coach to become a full-time teacher and spend more time with his family.
