McDonough Park
McDonough Park was opened in 1958 (it was known as Shuron Park from 1958-1977). It was home to the Geneva Senators (1963-1968, 1970-1972), Geneva Twins (1973) and Geneva Cubs (1977-1993) as well as the summer collegiate Geneva Red Wings. The park holds 3,000 fans and has dimensions of 325' to left and 320' to right. It hosted the first minor league game to have a female umpire (Bernice Gera, 1972).
