Maximiliano Reyes (Cuba)

Maximiliano Reyes pitched for nine seasons in the Cuban Serie Nacional. In 1963-1964, the Occidentales hurler led the league with three shutouts. He won six games in 1964-1965 to tie Gaspar Pérez for the lead. He was named Serie Nacional Most Valuable Pitcher for his efforts. He was on the Cuban national team that won the 1966 Central American and Caribbean Games but did not get into a contest.

Overall, Reyes was 37-17 with 7 saves, a 2.43 ERA and .220 opponent average in 158 games (64 starts).
