Martin Laube has been an outfielder in the Czech Extraliga.

Laube hit .148/.258/.167 and fielded .969 for the Tempo Titans Prague in 2008. In 2009, he batted .254/.320/.386 in a starting role for the Titans, fielding .955. He continued to improve in 2010, producing at a .289/.350/.391 clip, fielding .988 and scoring 20 runs in 33 games. With the 2011 Eagles Prague, he hit .311/.3768/.402 with 23 runs and 12 steals in 33 games, without being caught stealing; he fielded .966. He tied Petr Síla for 9th in the Extraliga in stolen bases. In 2012, he hit .306/.350/.354 with 9 steals in 10 tries, 28 runs and 30 RBI in 37 games for the Eagles. He missed the top 10 in RBI by only 2 behind Wayne Ough and Jakub Hajtmar, two former US minor leaguers. In the 2013 European Cup, he went 4 for 13 with a home run, two walks, two runs and three RBI. His lone homer came off another former minor leaguer, Regensburg Legionäre's Mike Bolsenbroek, in a 5-3 win over the host team. He was 6th in the Cup in slugging (between Chris Howard and Kenny Berkenbosch) and tied for second in home runs (one behind Juan Carlos Infante).
