Marion City Park
The Marion Indians wher charter members of in the Illinois State League in 1947-1948, a league which was the predecessor of the Midwest League. The Indians played at Marion City Park, which is located at 500 East Deyoung Street.[1][2] Today, the park still exists and is known as Ray Fosse Park, named after Marion native and Major League All-Star Catcher Ray Fosse.[3][4]
