Makoto Monma (門間 真)

Biographical Information[edit]

Makoto Monma was an infielder who represented Japan in the 1998 Baseball World Cup, hitting .222/.290/.333 with six RBI in nine games, fielding 63 chances error-free at first. His only homer was off the Dutch national team's Patrick Beljaards in the 5th/6th place game win for Japan. He played for Mitsubishi Yokohama in the Industrial League.
