Biographical Information[edit]
Lyle Bigbee was the brother of Carson Bigbee. They were teammates on the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1921. Lyle saw action in parts of two seasons, with a .182 average and one big league home run in 43 games. He committed suicide in 1942, shooting himself in the head in a rooming house.
