Biographical Information[edit]
Lum Davenport, sometimes called Joubert Davenport, pitched four seasons in the majors with the Chicago White Sox.
As a rookie on August 11, 1921, he walked Babe Ruth with the bases loaded, although apparently it was not on purpose.
In 1924 and 1925 he was also with the Minneapolis Millers.
