Biographical Information[edit]

Luis Sierra was a minor league outfielder in 1988. The Chicago Cubs took him in the 17th round of the 1988 amateur draft, right after future major leaguers Kenny Lofton and Marcus Moore. Sierra played for the Wytheville Cubs, hitting .217/.319/.333 in 21 games. He played error-free ball in the outfield and in one game at first.
