Los Puertos de Altagracia, commonly shortened as Altagracia, is located in northwestern Venezuela, on the strait that separates the Lago de Maracaibo from the Caribbean Sea and across from Maracaibo, Zulia. A team from here played in the 2003 Little League World Series.
