Lorenzo Quintana has played for the Vegueros de Pinar del Río.

Quintana was 14 for 35 with two doubles and four walks as a fourth-stringer catcher for the Vegueros in 2007-2008 then did not play in 2008-2009. He hit .299/.378/.452 in 2009-2010, winning the backup job behind Olber Peña. He became the starter in 2010-2011 and produced at a .326/.372/.453 rate. He fielded .996 and threw out 17 of 36 attempted base-stealers. He won the Gold Glove at catcher.
