Lincoln University was a founding member of the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association in 1912. The school is still a member of the conference, but placed its baseball program in the East Coast Conference, as the CIAA does not formally sponsor the sport as of 2018. After the 2024 season, Lincoln's baseball team will play in the Central Athletic Collegiate Conference for baseball.
