Biographical Information

Lew Graulich was a minor league catcher who ended up being listed in the first Baseball Encyclopedia as a major leaguer with the Philadelphia Phillies in 1891. However, it was actually his brother, Billy Graulich, who caught those games, a mistake which was not corrected until the 21st century.
