Biographical Information[edit]

Lester Sebastian was a minor league catcher who played for the Bridgeport Orators, under management of the great Jim O'Rourke in 1907. He also played for a semi-pro team in Massachusetts in 1908, where he was involved in a game-fixing scandal, along with former big leaguer Ike Van Zandt and a few other teammates. He returned to the minor leagues in 1910 with the Haverhill Hustlers and later played for the Lawrence Colts.
