Lansingburgh, NY

Lansingburgh was a city located immediately north of Troy, NY. It was amalgamated with Troy in 1900. Both Mart King and Steve King, who were teammates with the Troy Haymakers in 1872, are among the players born here. Indeed, the Haymakers trace their origins to an amateur team based in Lansingburgh, the Unions of Lansingburgh.
