Team History[edit]
The Lake County Fielders played only one season in the Northern League, in 2010, after which the league disbanded. The Northern League was supposed to have merged with two other circuits to form the North American League, but only the Fielders ended up making the move to the new circuit - four other teams joined the American Association, two went to the Frontier League and one ceased its operations.
