Biographical Information[edit]

Infielder and relief pitcher Kyle Ulanday began his professional career in 2017. To date (2023), he has spent his entire career in the Pecos League and Pacific Association. In his first season, he hit .322/.411/.428 with 5 home runs, 46 RBI and 50 runs scored in 67 games between the Bakersfield Train Robbers and San Rafael Pacifics. With San Rafael in 2021, he hit .357/.484/.520 in 27 games and in 2022, with the same club, he hit .375/.483/.625 in 19 games. On the mound, he had a 3.60 ERA in 14 games in 2019 and in 2022, he was 6-1 in 16 games (6 starts). He was less successful or less well-used in other campaigns.

He also managed the Pacifics to a 41-9, 1st place finish in 2022. The team lost in the 2nd round of the playoffs.
