Biographical Information[edit]

Outfielder Kyle Hess went undrafted after five years in college (where he slashed .300/.384/.528), but was signed by the independent Lancaster Stormers of the Atlantic League for 2024. After hitting .433/.500/.767 with 3 home runs and 10 RBI in 9 games, Hess was signed away by the Minnesota Twins on May 13th. He started his Twins tenure with the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels of the Florida State League and hit .381/.447/.738 with 2 home runs and 11 RBI there. On May 27th, he was promoted to the High A Cedar Rapids Kernels of the Midwest League.

He is a cousin of Chris Heisey
