Kinston Free Press

Kinston Free Press is a local morning newspaper published seven days a week in Kinston, NC. It is the primary print media outlet for the Carolina League Kinston Indians and for all the professional teams that have ever played in Kinston including the Eagles, Expos, and Blue Jays. It has been in publication since the late 19th century and most issues since 1910 are available on microfilm. Baseball America writer Chris Kline got his start with the Kinston Free Press.
