Biographical Information[edit]
Keyne Kitayama has played for the Brazilian national team.
Kitayama allowed five runs in 3 1/3 IP in a loss to Japan in the 2015 U-18 Baseball World Cup and was 0 for 4 as a DH/2B in his other appearances. [1] He was a 3B/P for the Brazilian squad that finished second in the 2018 South American Championship, allowing three runs (two earned) in five innings while giving up three hits and one walk. He struck out four batters. He also saved their only win over champion Argentina. He was 0 for 2 at the plate. [2]
