Biographical Information

Kevin Rhomberg suffered during his baseball career because of a compulsion about being touched. Any time he was touched, or tagged, he had to tag the person who touched him. Teams eventually caught on and would tag him when he was at the plate in order throw off his concentration.

After his playing career, Rhomberg was the head coach at Cleveland State University (1992-1996) and Lakeland Community College (1997-2000).

Rhomberg's son, Joe Rhomberg, played minor league ball from 2003-2010.
