Biographical Information

Outfielder Kevin Jordan was picked by the New York Yankees in the 19th round of the 2010 amateur draft. He did not sign and enrolled at Wake Forest University. After being diagnosed with ANCA vasculitis, he needed a kidney transplant. None of his family members was a match, so Wake Forest coach Tom Walter checked and was a match. Walter donated Jordan a kidney on February 7, 2011.
