Biographical Information[edit]
Kenichi Yokoyama has played in the Japanese industrial leagues. He was with the Japanese national team for the 2006 Haarlem Baseball Week (.357/.357/.500) and 2006 Asian Games. In the 2007 Baseball World Cup, he hit .313/.463/.563 with 4 triples and 8 runs in 10 games while playing error-free ball at third base. He was 1 for 3 with a run and RBI in the Bronze Medal game, in which Japan beat the Dutch national team 5-0. He led the Cup in triples.
