Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Ken Weafer, also known as "Al Weafer", played in his only big league game for the Boston Bees on May 29, 1936. He was troubled by a sore arm but still managed to pitch for the Albany Senators of the Eastern League from 1937 to 1940.
Weafer's brother, Hal Weafer, was a minor league 1B and major league umpire.
