Biographical Information

Keith Connelly has scouted for the Kansas City Royals and Baltimore Orioles. He has signed, among others, Kraig Binick, Tom Edwards, Pat Egan and Kevin McCarthy.

He pitched in the San Francisco Giants system from 1998 to 2000, peaking at High A. The reliever went 2-1, 4.79 in 21 games for the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes in 1998, 7-8, 4.34 in 54 games for the Bakersfield Blaze in 1999 and 3-6, 4.17 in 54 games for the San Jose Giants in 2000. Overall, he went 12-15 with a 4.35 ERA in 129 appearances over three seasons; in 196 1/3 innings, he struck out 204 batters.
