Biographical Information[edit]
Kedeem Octave attended college at St. Thomas Aquinas College initially. After a couple of detours, he finished his bachelor's degree work in 2018 at Wilmington University.
Octave played professionally in 2016 for the Great Bend Boom in the Pecos League.
Kedeem served in a number of baseball related jobs from 2017 through 2022. In the fall of 2017 Octave was the Director of Baseball Operations at the United States Military Academy. Octave worked in the Minnesota Twins organization in 2019 as a video & data analyst. He was scheduled to be a minor league coach in the St. Louis Cardinals organization in 2020 before COVID-19 shut down the minor league season. Octave joined the New York Mets organization in 2021 and worked in player development in some capacity.
In 2022 Octave returned to the Cardinals and served as a hitting coach for the Palm Beach Cardinals.
