Biographical Information

Kai-Ching Lan pitched in the CPBL.

Lan represented Taiwan in the 2018 U-23 Baseball World Cup. He went undrafted in the 2020 CPBL Draft, and the Fubon Guardians signed him. Lan had a 3.34 ERA with 6 holds in 36 relief outings in his rookie year, then he recorded a 4.26 ERA in 28 games in 2022. He only pitched 17 games in 2023, and his ERA was 3.95.

Lan's repertoire includes a fastball (peak 88 mph), changeup and slider.
