Biographical Information[edit]
Jude Rinaldi played one season in the minors. Rinaldi was the NCAA Division II All-American first baseman in 1987. His 3-run homer was the key blow for Troy State as they won the 1987 Division II College World Series, earning him the MVP for that event. He was not drafted and signed with the independent San Jose Bees. In 25 games for them, he hit .216/.280/.297 with 8 runs, two home runs and 10 RBI. He fielded .964 in 8 games at 1B (Daryl Sconiers was San Jose's main 1B) and played three error-free games at catcher and one in the outfield.
