Biographical Information

Joshua Wong has been a minor league infielder.

Wong hit .254 as a freshman at Hawaii at Hilo, then hit .300 as a sophomore. Transferring to Western Oregon, he hit .208 in 2013. He played for the Vallejo Admirals in 2015, batting .239/.276/.352 with 35 RBI in 62 games. He fielded .820 in 38 games at 3B and .993 in 17 at 1B. He then joined Vallejo teammate Devon Ramirez on the Philippines national team for the 2017 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers, As the DH in both games, he was 1 for 7 with a run. His hit came off former major leaguer Nick Maronde.
