José Ramón Veras
Biographical Information[edit]
Jose Veras was a member of the Dominican national team. He led the 1990 Central American and Caribbean Games with three triples as his team won a Bronze Medal. He played for the Dominicans when they just missed a Bronze in the 1991 Pan American Games. He hit .300/.313/.400 in the 1992 Olympics, backing up Benjamin Heredia at 1B and also playing LF and DH.
