Biographical Information

Jose Paniagua was signed by the Montreal Expos and scout Jesus Alou on September 17, 1990. He began his playing career the following summer with the DSL Expos and reached the majors at the start of the 1996 season.

He played for the Dominican national team in the 2003 Pan American Games.
