Biographical Information[edit]
José Altamiranda has pitched for the Colombian national team.
He allowed four hits and one run in 2/3 of an inning in the 2021 U-23 Baseball World Cup. [1] In the Colombian League that winter, he was 1-0 for the Gigantes de Barranquilla but allowed seven runs in seven innings. [2] Making Colombia's squad for the 2022 Bolivarian Games, he got the start and loss against the Dominican national team, lasting 1 2/3 IP and allowing five hits, a walk and three runs (all earned) while fanning Trinitty Berroa. Sergio Palacio relieved him. [3]
