José Brizuela Salgado
José Brizuela won eight games for the Serranos in the 1975 Special Series to tie Manuel Álvarez for the league lead. On February 18, 1979, he completed Cuba's only 3-man no-hitter of the 20th Century, following Juan R. Gómez and Pablo Castro. Brizuela went 23-21 with one saves and a 3.12 ERA in nine seasons in Cuba.
