Jordan Bert is the brother of Joris Bert, the first French player to be picked in the MLB amateur draft. Jordan has spent most of his career with the Rouen Huskies, from 1999 to 2008, except for a brief period playing with Louivers (2005-2006, and 1993-1998).

In 2008, Bert hit .345/.398/.488 with 5 triples in 26 games in Division Elite play. He was 2 for 16 with 7 strikeouts in the 2008 European Cup in Grosseto.
