Jon Paul "J.P." Davis was head coach at Neosho County Community College for four years and was an associate scout for the Cleveland Indians. From 2001-2007, he was pitching coach for Northwestern State University. He became head coach at Northwestern State in 2008 and resigned after the 2012 season.
