Biographical Information[edit]
John Pearson played for the Trenton Packers and Newport News Dodgers in 1944.
He later became a successful high school coach, particularly at Bridgewater-Raynham High School, with numerous players reaching the professional ranks. Such players include Glenn Tufts, Rich Dubee, Rick Smith, Mickey Pina, George Stanley and Sammy LeClair.
He also served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
