Biographical Information[edit]

In 2023 and 2024, he was a bullpen catcher with the Cincinnati Reds and also had the title of assistant catching coach. In 2025, he moved to the Miami Marlins as the team's catching coach in addition to his duties as a bullpen catcher.

His father, also called Joe Singley was a catcher in the minor leagues from 1987 to 1990.
