Joseph Burleson

Joe Burleson has had a long career as an umpire. Burleson was an umpire in Organized Baseball from 1983-1994, later becoming a supervisor of AAA umpires. Joe became a college umpire after that, working in western conferences primarily. He has been an ump at three College World Series (through 2008). Additionally, he has been an international umpire, being named the IBAF umpire of the year in 2002. He was chosen for the 2008 Olympics.
