Biographical Information[edit]
Job Echon started the first game for a Ugandan team in the Little League World Series, in 2012, a loss to Panama. [1] He closed out their first win as well, making a nice catch against Gresham, OR. [2] He was a first baseman on the Ugandan national team in the 2019 Africa Cup Baseball Championship. [3] He hit .286/.412/.500 with 7 RBI in five games for the second-place finishers; he tied Paul Wafula for 7th in the event in RBI. [4]
