Biographical Information

2B/3B Jinkichi Itoh played three years for Hankyu. He hit .173/.277/.207 in 1939, .170/.309/.201 in 1940 and .204/.325/.213 in 1941, playing regularly each year. Overall, his career batting line was .184/.305/.208. He then entered the Japanese military and died in Guam in combat during World War II.
