Biographical Information[edit]
Jin-su Jeong has played for the South Korean national team.
Jeong represented South Korea in the 2019 Asian Championship. He was 0-for-2 against China, and he drew a walk against Pakistan. Jeong then went 1-for-4 with a RBI double against the Philippines, and he was 1-for-1 as the backup catcher to Hyeon-woo Kang against Chinese Taipei. He went 0-for-3 against Japan, and he didn't appear in the Bronze Medal Game as Korea lost to China. [1] The Samsung Lions took him in the 7th round of the 2020 KBO draft, and he didn't play any games with the big club in his four-year career with the Lions. He was released after the 2024 season.[2]
